Grey

Grey is a very acclaimed advertising agency headquartered in New York City. Just a few of Grey's clients include: Proctor & Gamble, Canon, E*Trade, T.J. Maxx, and Pfizer. The advertisements we have seen in class from Grey are mostly the E*Trade baby spots. I would have to say that these spots are effective in the way that they are memorable and make viewers laugh. However, from a creative standpoint, it seems that there could be something more interesting and unique to use to convey their message. To me, the E*Trade baby just seems very typical.... It reminds me of that FedEx commercial done by BBDO where they include "the top 10 things needed in a Superbowl advertisement." Although in this case I could say one would be able to replace talking animal with talking baby. Below is a sample of an E*Trade baby spot.
